Hi, I’m Tracy. And that’s why I created The Leadership Lab— a group coaching program for leaders just like you. After years of climbing the corporate ladder, I’m all too familiar with the rickety rungs of not knowing how to effectively handle people and situations. That’s why I’ve been coaching and training leaders since 2013 to find their confidence and sharpen their leadership skills.
How The Leadership Lab Group Coaching Works:

Attend 11 Sessions
Tracy will walk all participants through 11 one-hour long virtual sessions — 10 with the group and 1 individual— over the course of 3 months. The exact schedule will be decided by each group.
