“The only thing worse than training an employee and having them leave, is to not train them, and have them stay.”
— Zig Ziglar

“Communication has always been our biggest problem in ministry- not taking the time to talk or the proper way to communicate. Tracy came to our church and shared techniques with our Leadership team so we can now interact and communicate with each other much more effectively! Highly recommend Bright Side Training Solutions!”
— Pastor Ron Habermehl
Senior Pastor of Alpha & Omega Church
With 12 years of experience as an educator and over 16 years of experience as a businesswoman, Tracy knows the struggles that can arise when individuals are focused on what’s outside of their control. Her training programs focus on:
- Empowering participants to understand what is within their control
- Challenging participants to take charge of their own results
- Equipping participants with tools to understand their own motivations
- Helping participants to communicate more effectively, both internally and externally
- Unlocking participants’ potential by helping them become the leaders of their own lives
And once anyone understands what is within their power to accomplish, they become excited about opportunities and less resentful about what is outside of their realm of control. Employees who strive to do their best every single day provide better customer service, sell more to those customers, and ultimately increase profits for the organization for which they work.
Put your employees in the driver’s seat of their own success.

Bright Side Training Solutions offers many different programs to help your employees, volunteers, or organization lead and communicate more effectively. Tracy can work with you to bring a program tailored to your specific needs. Take a look below at her programs.
Most people are experts at avoiding difficult conversations. Fearing the worst possible outcome, we stick our heads in the sand and hope ‘it’ will go away. This program helps us learn how to say it, when to say it, and what to say to get to a better place with the person (or people) on the other end of the conversation. Additionally, this program covers how to manage ourselves- our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors- both before and after conflict occurs.
DISC It for Better Results
Decisive, Interactive, Stabilizing, and Cautious: four ways to describe how we act. Since we are with ourselves all day every day, though, we already know how we act! This program helps us understand and appreciate others’ preferred behaviors so we can adapt our own to get the best possible results in any given situation.
Effective Team Building
We’ve all heard it before: there is no ‘I’ in team. Team synergy is a necessary component of leading and being part of a successful team. Each team member needs to understand the stages all teams go through. This program helps attendees understand those stages; see the value of shared problem solving and decision making; and recognize the critical communication techniques used by effective teams.
Pointing the finger at another and placing blame elsewhere are common practices in many workplaces. Asking ourselves, “What can I do to improve this situation?” and “How can I change my behavior so this doesn’t happen again?” are what we need to say and hear more often. This program gets us thinking about ownership, responsibility, and how we, as individuals, can make a positive difference.
Juggling It All
We all are part of our own juggling act. Balancing the many roles and responsibilities on our plates is, at times, overwhelming. This program brings organization and time management to the forefront while also tackling the all-important concept of work-life balance.
Leaders of the Pack
Strong leaders are successful in getting others to work toward a common goal. People follow the best leaders eagerly and learn from those amazing role models. It all sounds easy enough, but anyone who has filled a leadership role knows it’s definitely not. This program helps leaders create a motivating team climate, encourage team members to be problem solvers, and build a team that gets results.
“We had the pleasure of having Tracy from Bright Side Training Solutions speak to our marketing association, and we were wowed! Tracy’s take on having crucial conversations was right on the mark! She gave us useful, practical ideas that we could put to immediate use in our day to day work and home life. Each of us could think of a situation where we could put her ideas to work and we were practicing with each other before her presentation ended! For training that produces relevant, doable solutions, I would highly recommend Tracy with Bright Side Training Solutions!”

“I didn’t even know someone like Tracy existed until I participated in one of her sessions with my volunteer group. About 5 minutes into this session, a light bulb went off in my head when I realized how helpful she could be to our team at work. While she did some pretty amazing work with our team in a short amount of time, she also lit a fire under me, so to speak, encouraging me to learn more about myself, why I do things the way I do, and how I can alter my actions or words to change outcomes in a very positive way for all involved. I also personally struggled with how to provide the right environment and inspiration for the people that I work with every day to ensure that we do the best job possible. With Tracy’s guidance, I now feel like I have the tools and insight to steer not only myself, but also my team, in the right direction.”
